Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Technician to join our team. As a Technician, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance in a medical setting. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for patient care and medical-surgical systems.


Duties:

• Assist medical professionals with patient care, including taking vital signs, monitoring patient conditions, and providing basic medical treatments
• Prepare patients for procedures and assist during examinations
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical record systems such as Epic
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and managing patient information
• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of medical equipment and supplies
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure the smooth operation of the facility

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of physiology and medical terminology
• Proficiency in performing basic medical procedures such as suturing
• Experience working in a hospital or medicalsurgical setting
• Familiarity with PICU (Pediatric Intensive Care Unit) or ICU (Intensive Care Unit) environments is a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to provide compassionate patient care
• Attention to detail and the ability to accurately record patient information
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Pay:
$ $35.00 per hour
