The city of Verl is currently seeking to fill a part-time position for the full-time management of the Music and Culture Association Verl e.

V. / Volunteer Coordination / Cultural Officer (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date. The average regular working hours are 30 hours per week.

The main tasks include:

Management

Administrative support for the association's work and central point of contact for citizens and member organizations
Planning, preparation and implementation of cultural events in Verl (cabaret, concerts, literature days, etc.)
Planning and preparation of cultural trips (day and multiday trips)
Administration of various theater subscription series
Marketing and press work as well as editing of the website
Support and expansion of cultural life in Verl together with all interested institutions, groups and associations in the city
Organization of inhouse training, workshops and events

Volunteer Coordination

Partner for the concerns of volunteer associations and institutions on site

Cultural Officer

Support and expansion of the cultural offerings in the city
Design of new event modules (e.g. "Day/Week of Art")
Continuation of projects

Your profile:

Threeyear completed vocational training in the commercial or administrative field
Practical experience in the field of cultural or event management is desirable
High affinity for music and performing arts
High level of personal responsibility and communication skills
Flexibility and motivation
