    Description


    **Join our team** at the dealership and play a vital role in supporting our sales and service teams, engaging with customers, and facilitating vehicle upgrade purchases.

    - Assess the daily service department schedule to identify individuals who are eligible for vehicle upgrades

    - Welcome and engage with all customers, regardless of upgrade eligibility

    - Communicate trade-in value and available incentives to customers

    - Connect interested customers with Salespersons

    - Maintain professionalism, provide excellent customer service, and ensure customer confidentiality

    - High School Diploma or equivalent

    - Minimum of one year retail sales or related experience

    - Intermediate computer skills with MS Office

    - Valid driver's license

    - Strong written and verbal communication skills
