    We will be staffing the following positions on a temporary (1099 contractor) basis in the coming months.     Escrow Coordinator

    • Review daily bank statements
    • Allocate, account for and post all deposits to their transaction ledgers
    • Properly allocate all debits and credits within the system
    • Prepare transactions for disbursement; setup and verify wire transfers
    • Balance disbursement ledgers
    • Work closely with the closing department on pre-funding tasks and questions
    • Help prepare bills and other payables
    Post-Closing Coordinator

    As a Post-Closing Coordinator , you will be responsible for reviewing, sorting and scanning executed closing documents and forwarding documents to appropriate parties.
    • Responsible for reviewing, sorting and scanning executed closing documents and forwarding documents to appropriate parties
    • Responsible for recording documents via e-file, mail-away or courier (depending on the jurisdiction) after a real estate closing has taken place - attention to detail is key in this position.
    • Prepare recording affidavits - enter data onto cover sheets that accompany the recorded documents we submit to each county recording office.
    • Review recordable real estate closing documents for accuracy and record the documents in a timely manner based on state statutes
    • Address inquiries from internal and external parties professionally and in a timely manner
    Title Specialist

    As a Title Specialist, you will examine and perform curative measures to clear title.
    • Reviewing abstracts and identifying the title issues needing additional information or resolution
    • Working with sellers, attorneys, underwriting counsel, and representatives from other title agencies to obtain the documentation and additional information needed to clear vesting issues, judgments, and other title defects
    • Preparing title clearance affidavits such as Continuous Marriage Affidavits, LLC, Corporation and Trust Affidavits, Free and Clear Affidavits, and Hold Harmless Agreements
    • Ordering payoffs for liens and judgments, including but not limited to mortgages
    • Generating final title policies and verifying for correctness and completeness prior to distribution to appropriate parties
    • Regularly contact abstracting vendors, underwriting counsel, listing agents, and sellers. Title Specialists will also interact with representatives from other title companies and attorneys who represent customers involved in the transaction.
    Closing Scheduler

    Closing Schedulers make sure our real estate closings go off without a hitch.
    • Work closely with agents, buyers, sellers, and all necessary vendors to ensure that all documents that need to be executed are done so by the settlement date.
    • Secure locations and times for each settlement
    • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience and closing process.
    • Send Notice of Settlement to all parties involved in the settlement
    • Work with the Closing Advisor to accommodate any changes to the settlement time or date
    • Provide creative solutions to complex scheduling scenarios so that we can ensure that our clients' needs are met regardless of where they are.
    Closing Coordinator
    As a Closing Coordinator, you will interact and correspond with all parties and agents throughout the settlement process.

    • Work closely with agents, buyers, sellers and all necessary third parties to obtain all information needed for settlement.
    • Ensure that the process stays organized and say in touch with involved parties
    • Provide quotes and explanations about the settlement process and title insurance to potential customers
    • Use your strong customer service background and title and/or real estate knowledge to be able to deliver a great customer experience, and guide clients and agents through every step of the process.
    Closing Specialist

    As a Closing Specialist, you will work to manage various documents and files throughout the settlement process.
    • Add fees and charges to build Closing Disclosures and Closing Statements for real estate settlements, including recording fees, transfer taxes, property taxes, commissions, utility bills, homeowners association fees, and contract credits
    • Coordinate directly with mortgage lenders to balance their borrowers' Closing Disclosures, obtain loan documents for closing and authorization to disburse after documents are executed.
    • Communicate and develop good working relationships with lenders.
    • Ensure that loan documents are prepared correctly to match title documents.
    • Balance our files internally so that all incoming and outgoing funds match to the penny.
