For our client in Villingen-Schwenningen, a globally leading manufacturer of innovative solutions for dosing systems, sealants, and active packaging for pharmaceuticals, beauty, and food, we are currently looking for a Production Planning Employee (m/f/d) to join our team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for demand-oriented production planning and coordination with departments
  • Ensuring a consistent and continuous capacity utilization while considering optimal inventory levels
  • Ensuring timely customer supply while considering material, personnel, and equipment availability, as well as monitoring external services
  • Active participation in planning and production meetings
  • Regular coordination of order backlog with Customer Service (Sales) and processing of delivery date requests
  • Coordination with project management for sample requirements

Your profile:

  • Successfully completed studies (ideally in the field of business administration, logistics, or supply chain), alternatively technical or commercial training
  • Professional experience in production planning and/or production control, ideally in an industrial company with a focus on injection molding
  • Good knowledge of the ERP system SAP and proficient in MS Office, ideally experience with production planning board APO
  • Fluent
