Renaissance Senior Homes is seeking dedicated Personal Care Aides (PCA) for our facility in Easton, PA.

Job Requirements

A passion for helping seniors
A desire to contribute to a positive atmosphere in the community for residents, family, friends, and all team members
Ability to communicate effectively in English; both oral and written
Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday
Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Assist residents in activities of daily living
Provide routine physical care (bathing, toileting, oral hygiene, etc.)
Maintain all health and safety regulations
