Essential Duties:


  • Check clients into the computer as they come in to the clinic and confirm if there are notes/holds for clients in computer. Direct clients to the appropriate department or area.
  • Receive patient payments and makes receipts for payments.
  • Assure customer service to staff, clients and guests.
  • Answer phones and transfer calls from the front desk area.
  • Assist in maintaining order in lobby / medication area and support all toxicology services.



Schedule:
Monday-Friday, (8 am-12 noon or 12noon-4 pm) with rotating Saturdays (7:00a - 3:30p)

Pay Rate:
$ $17.00 per hour

Education and/or Experience:
High School Diploma or GED required. Must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have customer service experience.
