Job Title:
Behavior Technician

Responsibilities:

Implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Provide direct one-on-one therapy to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
Assist with the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans
Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistency and progress
Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members

Experience:

Previous experience working with individuals with autism or related developmental disabilities is preferred
Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their families
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to follow directions and implement behavior plans accurately
Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
