I need to install a blind that I bought some time ago on a window that is quite high off the ground in a duplex apartment. The distance from the bottom floor to the window is about 7 meters.

I also need to install a ceiling fan. I had it in another room before and now I want to put it in the room upstairs. The height is a bit lower, about 3 meters at most.
