What you will be doing:

You'll be responsible for performing a variety of auditing and evaluations to maintain the data integrity of the project and perform clerical duties, in compliance with government and management directives.


Essential functions:


  • Evaluate and audit all admissions folders to ensure all required information is included and forwarded to the appropriate personnel. Present findings and concerns to the manager.
  • Review and audit all assigned areas regularly for contractual compliance and effectiveness of delivery of student services. Prepare related reports
  • Audit OA & CTS folders before submitting to centers and perform background checks on all applicants.
  • Promote and support positive customer service through the facility.
  • Maintain records of data integrity errors by OA and CTS specialists.
  • Create corrective action plans that address audit issues.

Education and Experience Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent. Associate's degree preferred.
  • Three (3) years related experience. A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
