in the Römhild area.

Your responsibilities:


  • Construction process and resource planning
  • Personnel planning and management of teams
  • Collaboration and support in the area of subcontractors through their cost calculation and work preparation
  • Management of subcontractors and authorities
  • Registration as a Technical Operations Manager with the Chamber of Crafts

Your profile:


  • Minimum successful completion of training and experience as a construction manager in road construction / road construction trade / civil engineering technician or road construction master

Chamber of Crafts registration eligibility for the road construction trade

Teaching qualification:


  • Familiarity with VOB and industryspecific guidelines
  • Technical and economic understanding
  • Enthusiasm for implementing civil engineering and fiber optic expansion projects with inhouse commercial personnel
  • Initiative and assertiveness
  • Teamwork
  • Strong communication skills, customer service orientation
