Overview
4M is growing, meaning we need to grow our family of Team Members.

We're looking for Team Members who are energetic and highly motivated and want to be part of a winning team.

We should talk if you are detail-oriented, flexible, and have reliable transportation.


As the single point of contact within a major account, our Account Manager is the face of 4M Building Solutions to our client.

Our Account Managers take ownership of their accounts to ensure we are meeting and exceeding our clients' expectations.


Responsibilities

  • Supervising, coaching, and training Team Members
  • Develop rapport with the client contact and become the single point of contact
  • Plan and prepare Team Member work schedules
  • Implement 4M Operational Playbook
  • Maintain accurate building/facility records
  • Promote a safe work environment
  • The account Manager would preferably work 9 to 10 hours per day starting work at 9 am. The operation has 40 team members total between shifts 1st and 2nd

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in facility services management or equivalent experience
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to communicate effectively in speech and writing
  • Strong drive for results
  • Sense of urgency
  • Able to use Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to lead an operations team for a specific client
  • Ability to analyze issues and create solutions
