    Job Description

    **SUMMARY OF POSITION:**

    A Delivery Driver distributes products to our customers. Delivery Driver will represent our company in a professional manner with a focus on customer satisfaction.

    **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:**

    Safely delivers product to each designated stop on assigned route

    Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle

    Pick up returns and documents for credit

    Collects payments from customers

    Complete logs and reports

    Follows company safety standards

    Other duties as assigned

    **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**

    A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential.

    Candidates must possess basic understanding of general safety principles along with competency in all forms of communication including reading and writing.

    Must be able to pass a driver physical exam and have a clean motor vehicle report.

    *Skills/Qualifications:*

    Able to drive up to a 20" box truck

    Valid Georgia drivers license with clean driving record

    Pass pre-employment and random drug screens

    Abide by all state and federal laws on the road

    Basic mathematical skills

    Dependable with excellent time management skills

    Possess suitable communications skills to create a positive customer experience

    **WORKING CONDITIONS:**

    Must be able to work in a team-oriented, professional and fast-paced environment in a variety of weather conditions. Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift 15-30 and occasionally 60+ pounds.
