    We're looking for an analytical technician based in Kennesaw, Georgia

    Position: Analytical Technician (On-Site)

    Work Schedule:

    Monday - Friday

    8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

    Role Overview:

    The Analytical Technician will collaborate with the Research Scientist on diverse short- and long-term projects, both internal and external. This role requires hands-on involvement in supporting the Research Scientist with project tasks.

    Responsibilities include testing customer implementations of microorganisms and participating in research projects driven by both internal and external stakeholders. The role entails maintaining precise records of test outcomes, conducting various laboratory procedures, and collaborating with different departments to analyze and interpret data.

    • Contribute to projects from start to finish for revenue generation
    • Execute various laboratory techniques for Analytical Chemistry, Quality Control, and Quality Assurance

    Skills & Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Minimum - Associate's (2-year degree) in Biology, Microbiology, or related field
    • Current Bachelor's Students are also welcome

    Requirements:

    • Strong attention to detail for accurate, precise, and reproducible data
    • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
    • Task-oriented and results-driven
    • Strong work ethic and prioritization abilities
    • Proficient in designing, collecting, and presenting publishable work
    • Effective written and verbal communication skills
    • Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license

    Preferred candidates will have prior laboratory experience encompassing basic tasks like pipetting, weighing, and diluting, along with expertise in PCR, Real-Time PCR, Microbial plating, ELISA, and SDS-Page. Experience with independent research projects is a plus.
