The
National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) is the top professional women's soccer league in the USA, with 14 teams and +300 of the best soccer players globally.
In November 2023, the NWSL made history in announcing a four-year deal as the biggest deal in women's professional sports with four new broadcast partners for the 2024 season: Amazon Prime Video, CBS, ESPN and Scripps/ION.
Position Description
The NWSL is looking for an IT Support Manager to oversee network infrastructure, manage security and advise on technology strategy.
- Collaborate with different departments on technology solutions.
- Configure laptops for new hires and offboard/reset computers for exiting employees.
- Create processes for IT requests.
- Maintain the company Intranet.
- Create and maintain IT budget.
Minimum Qualifications**- 5+ experience working in system management and network maintenance.
- Experience working in multioffice ecosystems across geographies and in hybrid (remote and inperson) work environments, including work supporting video conferencing systems like Zoom and Teams.
- Bachelor's or associates degree in IT systems management or related field.
- Excellent technical and communication skills
- Strong IT project management skills
- Communicates in a direct, open and honest manner
- Accountable for actions and seeks feedback

Salary: 85-95K eligible for a bonus based on performance
