Our Client

Our client is a global healthcare company that develops plasma-derived medicines and other innovative biopharmaceutical solutions, enabling millions of patients around the world to live more productive lives. The IT team in Frankfurt am Main is currently seeking a colleague who can support both operational and strategic developments, such as IT service management.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage IT services and support together with a colleague for a total of 125 clients
  • Develop and maintain strategic and operational IT plans
  • Collaborate with departments and executives on the development of the IT service management system
  • Identify project risks and issues and assist in determining necessary escalation, mitigation, and resolution steps
  • Ensure compliance with IT quality standards and operational legal and regulatory requirements
  • Conduct training with departments and executives

Your Profile

  • Successfully completed IT degree or IT training (IT specialist for system integration, IT system salesman, or equivalent qualification)
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in the administration and support of Microsoft products
  • Experience in technical leadership in the area of user support management (helpdesk) and working with an IT service management system
  • Flexibility and strong communication and teamwork skills
