Position:
Customer Service Representative

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This position requires a personable, warm, and engaging personality that is able to effectively communicate with clients and co-workers. The CSR will be responsible for the overall customer experience and the overall client satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Answer basic questions regarding Specialty Insurance policies, coverage, and premiums
  • Accurately enter and update policy information
  • Initiate changes or corrections to customer policies
  • Provide price quotes to prospective customers

Requirements:


  • 2+ years customer service or call center experience
  • Previous insurance experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Must be available for local or US travel 15 times yearly

Pay:
$ $22.00 per hour
