    Description

    The role of the Customer Service Representative involves providing superior customer service by addressing inquiries related to the repair and service of units, including small engines and generators. The representative will answer customer questions, identify necessary parts from breakdowns or descriptions, and process warranty claims as well as customer orders. Additionally, this role requires documenting customer issues and conducting follow-ups as needed to ensure resolution and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to learn quickly and address various customer issues effectively.

    Requirements:

    • 2 years of customer service, preferably in a call center environment
    • Strong verbal written communication skills
    • HS Diploma
    Additional Information:
    • Spanish speaking candidates with call center experience are encouraged to apply as there is an additional opening within our bilingual team.
    • This role is on-site 5 days a week - only local candidates can be considered for the role
    • This is a 3-4 month contract to hire with our client located on the West Side of Columbus

    • the individual's skill sets, experience and training;
