Knoll Communities is looking for several Maintenance Technicians to work full-time, part-time, and seasonal hours on our beautiful 15-acre campus located in Sparta, NJ.

We are looking to build our team with various positions. We are considering full time, part time, and seasonal employees. Seasonal employees would work December through March with the possibility of extending if desired.

Responsible for general maintenance of buildings and renovations.

Install, maintain and repair equipment such as heat pumps, motors, compressors, hot water circulating pumps, fans, unit heaters, condensing coils, motor starts, circuit breakers, and control valves, boilers, cooling towers, thermostats and close-loop controllers.

Responsible for preventative maintenance on all equipment. Maintaining of Logs for preventative maintenance and boilers. All positions will be responsible for snow removal and landscaping.
