Sneak preview of your future tasks:

Support contact for all facility management inquiries and for internal and external service providers
Assistance in managing inventory and ordering office supplies
Commissioning and management of external service providers and maintenance companies as agreed
Inspections and creation of object documentation in cooperation with Real Estate Management
Analysis and optimization of costs/costsaving opportunities as a basis for process discussions
Supportive management of objects, developing proposals for process optimization
