Today, Claremont owns in excess of 60 real estate assets consisting of hotels, apartments, retail centers, and office buildings with plans to expand even further.

Claremont is growing and we're looking to add a Housekeeping Supervisor to our team at the Homewood Suites Hotel in Arlington, MA.

This role is responsible for supervising room attendants, coordinating daily housekeeping operations, and maintaining housekeeping operating standards and we would love to add you to our team

Responsibilities:

Supervise team of room attendants and deliver an excellent customer experience to all guests
Maintain guestrooms, working areas, and hotel premises
Responsible for smooth allocation of the room assignments and deep cleaning tasks to team members
Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team members
Manage routine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet Claremont standards
Understand all room categories and amenities
Achieve positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
Carry out lost and found procedures
Report maintenance issues to Maintenance/Engineering Department
Assist Executive Housekeeper with training requirements and other tasks as needed
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
