We support music in these communities by making regular school visits, having an in-house repair department, providing private music lessons, in addition to sales of musical instruments and accessories, all at our Westborough, MA office location.

We are seeking a full-time experienced Band Instrument Repair Technician to join our amazing team

Your primary responsibilities will include (but not limited to the following):

• Repair stock, rental and customer owned band instruments
• Provide complete diagnosis and estimates for repair jobs
• Check and test inventory
• Prep rental inventory, as needed
• Log and update repair tickets in computer system;
• Able to communicate clearly with service reps and other technicians

Knowledge / Skills:

• Ability to play test woodwind instruments
• Ability to communicate and work effectively in a team setting
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Ability to follow established processes and procedures
• Ability to work with small machinery and power tools

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent;
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to lift 30 pounds
• Able to carry multiple instruments at once
• Able to climb stairs, ladders or step stools while carrying instruments
• Working knowledge of computers

Pay:
From $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
