We are currently seeking three engineers, technicians, or master craftsmen in the field of electrical engineering (m/f/d) to join our team in the "Plant-related Risk Management and Special Asset Departments" in the Department of Audit Management at the Building Management Department of the City of Cologne.

This is a full-time, permanent position.


As a municipal company in the fourth largest city in Germany with around 800 employees, we take a leading role in the field of construction and real estate management among German cities.

We cover the entire life cycle of properties from project development to the usage phase in various departments.

Your Profile:

  • A successfully completed degree in electrical engineering or a comparable engineering discipline (university degree or bachelor's degree)
  • For civil servants, in addition to the abovementioned degree, the qualification for the 2nd career level, 1st entry level of the North Rhine-Westphalia State Remuneration Act (formerly higher technical service)

Alternatively:

  • Statecertified technicians (m/f/d) in the field of electrical engineering are also eligible if they have at least five years of relevant professional experience in a technical field, have worked in several (generally at least three) different areas of responsibility, and have regularly undergone professional training or qualification.
