The Property Condition Specialist position is for our real estate/property management office located in Sugar Land. This position is a part-time position and does require local traveling (reliable transportation required). We manage over 250 single family properties and assist our clients in buying/selling 12-14 million in real estate annually.

Our office manages residential as well as some commercial properties so there is opportunity to learn many different aspects of the business.

This position is a part-time job usually ranges between 20-25 hours. Monthly fuel compensation of $200.

Day to Day job duties:

• Take property pictures and complete reports for managed properties
• Meet with tenants when conducting property condition reviews
• Take listing pictures for our listings
• Install lockboxes and yard signs at properties
• Be proactive and address/ report to our office any issues at the properties
• Deliver late notices to tenants
• Communicate with the office and provide updates
• Recover staging items, remove yard signs and lockboxes, etc.
• A customerfocused mentality
• A knack for details and overseeing processes efficiently
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• Detailed oriented
• Mature individuals and able to manage multiple projects
• Overall good general computer skills
• A polished, professional appearance
