We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hybrid Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the preparation and evaluation of financial information, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, and providing financial reporting to management.

This position will also handle government contract billing, contract management with pricing, and RFP submission for Non Profit.

This role requires a professional with a strong background in accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Manage and oversee daily operations of the accounting department including financial reporting, general ledger, government contract billing, and sales reports.

Prepare accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with our established schedule and with input from the rest of the accounting department.

Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
Analyze financial reports for discrepancies and other issues that should be brought to the CFO's attention.
Review and improve accounting systems and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness.
Prepare and manage RFP submissions, ensuring all financial aspects are accurately represented.
Handle contract management with pricing, ensuring all contracts are accurately billed and recorded.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field required. Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, and general ledger.
Experience with government contract billing and contract management with pricing.
Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and other Microsoft Office software.
Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
Excellent analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of financial reporting and data analysis.
Able to work both in-office and remotely as part of a hybrid work environment.
