- Apply advanced accounting skills to handle receivables, billing, accounts payable, and financial reporting.
- Review and oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and vendor records.
- Maintain balance sheet integrity and generate job cost and contract reports.
- Process payroll, prepare financial statements, and manage closing procedures.
- Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis for government contracts.
- Monitor cash flow, interface with auditors, and banking vendors.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting required
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in general ledger, job costing, and GAAP compliance.
- Strong knowledge of Government contracting and indirect rates.
- Experience with Unanet or similar accounting software.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and support staff effectively.
- Self-motivated with problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
