Voor het project GREAT wordt voornamelijk op de dinsdagen en donderdagen op de projectetage in De Rotterdam gewerkt. De overige dagen wordt vaak vanuit huis gewerkt.

Jouw werkgebied is het cluster Bestuurs- en Concernondersteuning (BCO). De BCO noemen we ook wel de spil van de gemeentelijke organisatie. De medewerkers van dit cluster zorgen ervoor dat het college van burgemeester en wethouders de stad kan besturen. De BCO verzorgt ook de bedrijfsvoering voor alle clusters. De afdelingen inkoop, communicatie, ICT, facilitaire zaken, juridische zaken, HR, onderzoek en financiën zorgen ervoor dat de clusters zich volledig kunnen richten op hun eigen taken. Bij de gemeente Rotterdam staat centraal dat je je als medewerker kunt ontwikkelen. Dat stimuleren we ook. Want hoe beter jij je werk kunt doen, hoe beter het resultaat voor onze stad.
De afdeling
Je komt te werken in de afdeling Ondersteuning & Ontwikkeling (O&O). Deze afdeling is een vrij nieuwe afdeling binnen de directie Financiën, Juridisch en Inkoop. Zoals de naam al doet vermoeden: Onze afdeling ondersteunt de directie in verbetertrajecten. We trekken de kar om de prestaties van onze directie te verhogen Onze afdeling bestaat uit ongeveer 16 collega's. Een leuke en mooie mix van persoonlijkheden, achtergronden en leeftijden. Naast de 'oude rotten' in het vak zijn de afgelopen periode een aantal jonge honden de afdeling komen versterken. Binnen onze afdeling staan collega's voor elkaar klaar om elkaar wegwijs te maken binnen de directie. Er heerst een open sfeer en humor vinden we (bijna) net zo belangrijk als resultaten behalen. Er wordt bij onze afdeling hard gewerkt, maar af en toe is er ook tijd om stoom af kunnen blazen.

Jouw functie
Als business consultant binnen het Project GREAT (Gebruiksvriendelijk Rotterdams Efficiënt Administratiesysteem van de Toekomst) sta jij naast de projectleider binnen een grote projectorganisatie waarin door honderden interne en externe medewerkers wordt samengewerkt. Voor dit project heeft Rotterdam de samenwerking gezocht met diverse stakeholders. Samen met een complexe interne organisatie maakt dit voor het project een bijzonder landschap. Jij deinst niet terug voor deze complexiteit, weet mede met de projectleider overzicht te houden en zorgt dat alle neuzen dezelfde kant op blijven staan. Namens de projectleider trek jij de kar op bepaalde thema's binnen het project.
Recent is een nieuwe fase in het project ingegaan en is de aansturing van het project aangepast.
In een notendop:
- Grote focus op testen en acceptatie van het systeem;
- Kleinere projectorganisatie met zo weinig mogelijk 'lagen';
- Meer sturing vanuit de rol van ambtelijke opdrachtgever;
Als business consultant sta je de projectleider bij met raad en daad. Je bent dus een belangrijke sparringpartner maar je trekt ook de kar op subonderdelen binnen het project. Dit kan wekelijks of maandelijks afwisselend zijn: je inzet wordt bepaald door de projectleider al naar gelang binnen het project je inzet nodig is. Denk hierbij aan bijvoorbeeld risicomanagement binnen het project, het voorbereiden op de cutover, het vormgeven aan het opleidingsplan (of uitvoering daarvan) of onderdelen binnen het testmanagement.
Jouw profiel
Jij bent een ervaren consultant binnen projecten. Je hebt ervaring als projectleider. Je bent allround inzetbaar en hebt een hoge resultaatgerichtheid. Je hebt brede ervaring in de bedrijfsvoering van organisaties. Je hebt daarin altijd een verbindende en oplossingsgerichte houding. Door inhoudelijke expertise en een verbindende manier van werken breng je verschillende actoren bij elkaar om problemen op te lossen.
Vereisten / knock-outcriteria
1. Je beschikt minimaal over een afgeronde hbo-opleiding;
2. Je hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in de rol van projectleider;
3. Je hebt ervaring binnen een project gericht op overgang naar Oracle cloud-toepassingen in de bedrijfsvoering;
4. Je hebt werkervaring binnen de financiële administratie van een gemeente.
Gunningscriteria (weging, totaal 100 punten)
5. Je hebt ervaring bij een gemeente met meer dan inwoners;
6. Je hebt een aanvullende training gehad in boekhouding;
7. Je hebt een training gevolgd op het gebied van coaching.
