    Summary:

    The Vice President, Intelisys Marketing develops market strategies that position the company to achieve long term growth, while meeting annual revenue and profitability goals.

    Providing leadership for the development of strategic marketing plans that align with and support business goals, the Vice President, Intelisys Marketing partners with sales and other business leaders to ensure the best possible service, offerings and effective communications to customers and other key audiences.

    The ideal candidate must be an accomplished, innovative, business leader who is both bold and creative in tackling the responsibilities associated with this position.

    The desired candidate must have 10+ years of experience managing cross-functional teams

    Essential Job Duties:


    Build and develop a world-class marketing management team capable of carrying out required marketing strategiesDevelop and implement a marketing plan that aligns with overall sales, customer engagement and brand development objectivesLead and develop talent of the Intelisys marketing teamMonitor and prioritize marketing campaigns to ensure consistency of brand, allocate resources efficiently and drive desired outcomesDirect and oversee talent recruitment and development for their market and regionParticipate in strategic planning of the company's objectivesSet measurable team goals and manage to desired resultsWork closely with leadership to understand customer engagement dynamics and identify challenges and opportunities for growth.

    Strategic Thinking/Learning CapacityDesign and implement demand generation campaigns, processes, and systems capable of scaleDevelop and manage marketing budget to achieve desired financial goalsUnderstand market dynamics and identify challenges and opportunities for growthCollaboration and CommunicationEnsure marketing campaigns/communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and meet organizational expenditure requirements in conjunction with sales and supplier leadershipWork closely with corporate communications team to develop social and public relations strategies for IntelisysReporting Relationships:
    Position reports to SVP MarketingDirect reports: Intelisys creative marketing, marketing operations, product marketing, marketing events, partner program teamsInterfaces with Sales and Supplier ManagementInterfaces with ScanSource specialty and corporate marketing teams and other business leadership as required to meet market and region-specific goals


    Requirements:
    10+ years direct experience managing cross-functional team leaders in a marketing or related fieldBA in Marketing or related field of studyProven success in collaborating and building relationships across/with-in teams (including peer-to-peer) to achieve desired resultsStrong strategic planning and program development skillsStrong communication and proven presentation skillsProven conflict resolution capabilityStrong organizational skillsDemonstrated ability to enable, lead, and relate to individuals at all levels of an organizationPreferred:Digital Marketing expertiseDirect campaign and event management expertisePartner engagement expertise and marketing management experiencePhysical

    Requirements:
    Ability to sit at a computer terminal for long periods of time.

    Ability to be physically in attendance at workstation at designated company office location during normal business hours designated for this position.


    Ability to travel 30+% of the timeCompensation:

    Total compensation range $170,000-$200,000Actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on a number of variables including work experience, education and skills/ achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.

    Total compensation reflects both a base salary and variable targets.

    Outside of CA, ScanSource grants 128 hours of paid time off (PTO) each calendar year (prorated for date of hire).
