Job Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Checkin and checkout guests efficiently and accurately.
• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
• Provide exceptional experiences tailored to each guest's needs and preferences.
• Educate guests on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend personalized wellness plans.
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, hygiene, and customer service always.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a serene and inviting boutique environment.
• Meet monthly goals for membership and enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years in a front desk, membership sales, or customer service role.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Outgoing person that likes to connect with people.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
