Schedule:
Monday through Friday 9:30am to 6pm. No Weekends**Customer service is our priority and making sure our clients and the Sophia's of Banner are taken care.


Banner Occupational Health Clinics are medical clinics specializing in worker's compensation injury care, drug testing, alcohol testing, physical examinations, Department of Transportation exams and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) mandated exams.

This position performs entry-level analytical and reporting activities to support the business function of a department or division.

This position is accountable generating and preparing reports, performing analysis, tracking and submitting data, and related activities in a timely and accurate manner.


CORE FUNCTIONS

  • Maintains database information for facility and/or department personnel on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. This includes ensuring accessibility of accurate information to department personnel as needed.
  • Prepares and distributes weekly, monthly and ad-hoc business object reports in accordance with established guidelines and procedures or as requested.
  • Assists department staff by performing project-related work, as needed or requested.
  • Under the direction of experienced analysts, this position reviews, analyzes and evaluates business and user needs and documents findings.
  • With direction and consultation of experienced analysts, this position reviews and recommends changes to business processes to increase system effectiveness for end users.
  • May assist and participate in system testing and support to increase effectiveness of new changes or modifications.
  • This position has departmental responsibility. Customers typically include department/division staff and leaders. Other customers may include employees at all levels within the organization, as well as external parties.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge.


Must be familiar in the information technology areas, such as personal software packages, to generate reports and present information in a written or spreadsheet format, as described above.

Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field respective to the system functions.

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external customers and department staff, as described above.

Must be able to follow verbal directions and instruction to perform work as described above.

Must have the ability to organize, prioritize, and manage a variety of tasks and activities in a timely and effective manner.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
One to two years of experience of business analysis or a related area preferred.

Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
