DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SERVICE ADVISOR:
- Generate service repair orders
- Close out customer invoices
- Friendly and knowledgeable customer service skills
- Verifiable Customer Satisfaction Index track record
- Make recommendations based on time and mileage
- Generate estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Keep customers informed of their vehicle status
