YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Cost controlling including reporting
- Participation in company planning and forecasts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, contribution margins)
- Management and control of company goals with variance analysis and recommendation of measures
- Participation in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Management and implementation of performance accounting internally as well as preparation of performance allocations externally
- Preparation of cost accounting and determination of overhead rates
- Consulting of departments with concept proposals
- Conceptual responsibility and implementation of projects
- Participation in the optimization of controlling processes and further development of ERP systems (including conversion to S/4 HANA)
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on finance/controlling or comparable education
- Several years of experience in controlling in a manufacturing industry company (preferably machinery and plant engineering)
- Structured and independent way of working and willingness to use a high degree of creative freedom
- Strong analytical thinking, pronounced numerical understanding, and high BI affinity
- Advanced user knowledge in SAP FI/CO and database applications experience with S/4 HANA is an advantage
- Very good MS Office skills, especially in Excel (e.g. pivot tables, functions, etc.)
- Good knowledge of English
