Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility for operational and strategic human resources management
Professional and disciplinary leadership of the 4person HR team
Further development of HR processes and establishment of a modern HR strategy, such as personnel development, talent management, and employer branding
Consulting and support for managers and employees in all HRrelated matters
Direct reporting to the management team

Requirements:

Completed degree, ideally with a focus on human resources, law, or a comparable qualification
Several years of leadership experience in a similar position in human resources, ideally in a mediumsized company
Indepth knowledge of HR instruments and relevant labor law
Knowledge of wage tax and social security law
Structured, goaloriented work style
Strong understanding of numbers and a structured, serviceoriented work style with a high quality awareness
Strong communication skills, empathy, and social competence
