Description

The Production Team Lead - 2nd Shift is responsible for overseeing the associates in the garment/trim area. This position is also responsible for ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

Work Schedule:

Monday
Friday; 3:30 pm 12:00 am
Mandatory OT is performed during the week, based on the needs of the business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Oversee Garment Trimmers.
Prioritize & distribute work for team members
Ensure quality
Ensure ontime delivery
Additional duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or GED.
Manufacturing experience
Group or Team Lead experience is a must

Skills and Qualification:

Ability to communicate and read instructions in English.
Excellent attention to detail
Basic computer skills
Ability to solve problems.
Ability to multitask under pressure in a fastpaced environment.
Must possess initiative, energy and drive.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to maintain good working relationships with coworkers and management.

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
Ability to use hands, fingers and arms.
Ability to demonstrate fine dexterity skills.
Ability to climb, bend, reach, kneel and crouch.
Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50 pounds.
