    Description

    Judson Group has been retained by a respected wealth management firm with over $25B AUM in the search for Director – Wealth Advisor to manage existing and new HNW/UHNW client relationships. In this critically important role, the Wealth Advisor will manage client relationships, providing sound financial planning advice and counsel and work closely with all members of the team to exceed client expectations.

    The ideal candidate has a strong wealth management background, client satisfaction focus, and a track record of client retention and business development success. Capability and interest in delivering the firm's investment message is important. This is an excellent opportunity for an advisor with a commitment to high-end client service to join a respected team with a unique client offering. There is a strong growth path in place for this individual as they progress within the firm.

    Responsibilities and Requirements:

    • Responsible for proactive face-to-face communication and relationship building with clients, centers of influence, and prospects for clients.
    • An entrepreneurial approach of building a business with the support of our operations and support functions.
    • Lead financial planning, investment management, and all relationship management needs for client base.
    • Ability to deliver a great client experience by effectively arranging internal and external resources to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions.
    • Drive business results by acquiring new assets from existing and new clients.
    • 10+ years of wealth experience managing and growing a UHNW client base required.
    • Experience working with UHNW clients required. ($10MM +) is a must.
    • Strong credentials including CFA, CFP, CPA, JD, and MBA preferred.
