Your future team:

The Workplace team is part of the IT Service Management department. The IT Service Management department is the first point of contact for disruptions and service requests related to the IT workplace worldwide. The core task of the 6-person Workplace team is not only the hardware at the workplace, but also the provided software, mobile phones, printers, and other peripheral devices. The team is responsible for the operation of approximately 1200 IT workstations and 300 mobile phones in 32 countries.

Achieve more | Your tasks:

  • With expertise and foresight, you take care of the analysis and resolution of hardware and software problems as part of the company-wide system and user support (2nd level support).
  • We trust you to handle the operation and further development of the client management solution for Windows, macOS, and iOS devices.
  • In close collaboration, you support our internal IT teams in the further development and provision of the Microsoft 365 environment, especially Intune & Teams.
  • You also work on the further development of standardized IT workstations and provide technical support for them.
  • You are responsible for the administration of various client applications, including license management.
  • We welcome your own ideas and your active participation in our continuous process optimization.
  • You also work on projects and participate in internal IT workshops.
