We are a rapidly growing fast-casual Mexican concept located in Westchester, Putnam, and CT, with more locations in development, we are seeking individuals who are friendly, happy, and positive team players who have a passion for quality food in a fun environment and want to be part of a rapidly growing concept

Full time 35-40/hour week job and requires open availability including early mornings, nights, and weekends.

Here is a high level description of what is expected from the people in this role.

They make eye contact and share a smile immediately with all guests who enter the restaurant
They speak with great enthusiasm with our employees and our guests
They stay connected with their team and our guests for their entire stay whether that is just walking down the line ordering food to go or dining in.
They help high needs guests as needed. A parent with kids who requires help to their table or helping carry their food to their car is just one example.
They perform table touches to all dinein guests within a few moments of our dine in guests starting their meal ensuring their meal is perfect and fixing anything that is brought to their attention
They ensure all tables are cleaned within 2 minutes of guests leaving and that the dining room is clean and tidy at all times. This might be directing an employee to clean the dining area and/or cleaning the dining area themselves or even as a team but they are the employee who is keeping an eye out to ensure whatever is needed is completed timely.
They are creating encouraging circumstances for their coworkers so everyone can be their best

This role will be very important as we grow and look to create a memorable experience for our guests and employees.
