- 5+ years of industry experience leading applications and projects in the automation sector.
- Experience in quoting, sales, and customer interaction is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering but your passion for automation Mechanical Engineering is what counts. Candidates with an Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience, or equivalent expertise may also be considered.
- Must have 3D CAD Proficiency, whether it's Inventor or SolidWorks, you're comfortable navigating CAD software to create mechanical concepts.
- Simulation experience using software such as SolidWorks, Motosim, RoboDK, Roboguide, etc.
- Travel: With opportunities to visit customer sites for up to 20% of your time.
- Engage directly with our customers throughout the entire process, from understanding their needs to assisting in presentations of tailored proposals.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and management teams to ensure seamless alignment between solutions and customer requirements.
- Develop and showcase concepts to customers, highlighting the competitive advantages of the proposals you created.
- Support quoting teams by being a resource in the field and by developing feasible concepts and costs.
