    Founded in 2003, Firmo Construction LLC is a leading Design-Build Construction Management Firm that specializes in commercial projects, with a hospitality focus. Firmo is headquartered in Sarasota, FL with a regional office in Atlanta, GA. Designed under our Artefirm entity, design projects are concentrated in the southeast.

    The Ideal Candidate Should Have:

    • A passion for commercial architecture and design-build.
    • A portfolio that includes Hospitality, or Multi-Family, ALF type projects.
    • Demonstrated experience with Client Engagement and Project Management.
    • Ability to work well within a team environment, positive attitude, multi-task, and self-motivated to produce high quality work.
    • Demonstrated experience coordinating MEP and Structural.

    Qualifications:

    • Revit
    • At least 5 years of architectural design experience.
    • Architectural Degree
    • Architectural license

    Duties to include, but not limited to:

    • Design development, including working with brand standards.
    • Preparation of drawings in all phases of design, including details, specifications, and Construction Documents.
    • Rendering with SketchUp, Revit, Twin-motion.
    • Field measure and document existing conditions as needed.
    • Collaborate and coordinate with in-house design-build team.
    • Zoning and building code research.
    • Coordinate with MEP and structural.

    Additional Preferred Skills:

    • Rendering with Twin-Motion or similar tools.
    • Ability to develop VR models for presentations.
    • Experience creating physical models using 3D printing.
    • Bluebeam.
    • Interior design experience

    • Monday to Friday

    Experience:

    • Revit: 3 years (Preferred)
    • Sketchup: 3 years (Preferred)
    • Architectural Design: 5 years (Preferred)
