We are currently seeking a KFZ-SERVICEBERATER / KUNDENDIENSTBERATER (M/F/D) for our B&K location in Bad Salzuflen. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES With enthusiasm and joy, you will advise and support our customers throughout the service process. Building a strong relationship with the customer and the company is important to you.

You will conduct vehicle intake together with the customer and explain the necessary scope of work, additional items, price, and completion date.

As the liaison between the customer and the workshop, you will maintain communication during the service process.

After the final inspection, you will create the repair invoice, hand over the vehicle to the customer, and explain the cost and work performed.

In case of any complaints, you will be the competent and customer-oriented contact person. OUR BENEF
