Summary:

ADining Worker/Server with American Dining Creations will focus on delivering exceptional customer service and completing food preparation duties. The Dining Worker/Server will efficiently greet and serve menu items to guests from a station or serving line.

Additional tasks may also include assisting the cashier, cleaning the kitchen, and serving areas, stocking, equipment upkeep and other related work as required.


Responsibilities:

Follow established recipes to prepare and serve menu items for a food station

Greet and serve guests in a fast, efficient, and friendly manner.

Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure correct serving temperatures and adequate portion control, temperature logs, and dates.

Provide guests with information regarding food ingredients, availability, and pricing.

Cashier duties may include operating a POS, accept payment for food and beverage purchases

.Assist with labels and packaging food for take-out menus and mobile ordering.

Escalate customer concerns and complaints to management.

Clean, organize, and maintain kitchen, equipment, utensils, and general areas.

May be assigned other duties and responsibilities as needed.


Qualifications:

1+ years prior experience in a Customer Service, Food Service, or Retail position preferred.

Able to work well with others as well as excel independently.

Time management skills and task focused in a fast-paced environment.

Basic math skills and the ability to read, write, communicate effectively.

Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, climb stairs, stand, and walk for entire scheduled shift.
