- Provide accurate and detailed repair estimates.
- Consult with technicians to ensure accurate diagnosis and repairs.
- Review and complete work orders, ensuring all necessary information is documented.
- Maintain and update customer and vehicle information to ensure accurate records.
- Build and maintain positive and lasting relationships with customers.
- Monitor and manage the service department's workflow and productivity.

- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with changes in technology and automotive industry standards.
- High School diploma or equivalent. Associates or Technical degree preferred.
- Proficient computer skills and experience with dealership management software.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

As the Automotive Service Writer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring excellent customer service and maximizing our dealership's profitability by managing service appointments, communicating with customers, and working closely with our team of technicians.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, individual contributor role with a competitive salary range of $40,000 to $70,000 per year, paid biweekly.
