- Perform maintenance, preventive maintenance, and repair of equipment and tools involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
- Inspections and diagnoses of fleet
- Properly fix and maintain vehicles and equipment
- Run diagnostic tests
- Oil changes and brake checks
- Maintain records and inventory of all parts
- Physically capable to do the job.
- Maintain the shop to a clean and safe standard
- Any other duties that may be required or assigned
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience servicing and maintaining equipment daily.
- Experience must include at least 2 of the following: Heavy truck, heavy equipment, diesel, light truck, and automotive and gen set.
- Maintenance must be timely and accurate.
- Dependable, reliable, and self-starter
- Excellent communication skills
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- CDL is a plus but not a requirement
- Salary range: $25-$40 an hour, depending on experience and/or certifications.
- More than 75% of the time will be spent kneeling, bending, squatting, walking, and carrying up to 50 LBS.
- Less than 25% of the time will be spent sitting, driving, and doing desk work.

The mechanic will oversee day-to-day and preventive maintenance of all company fleet including heavy trucks, heavy equipment, light trucks, and more. The mechanic will work closely with teammates to repair equipment on a timely basis to ensure our operations can continue running.
