Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented ABA Intake Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for families seeking our services.

This role involves managing the intake process, booking appointments, and ensuring that provider schedules are effectively filled. This position is crucial for maintaining smooth operations and providing exceptional first impressions to our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Receive and respond to client communications, including intake and onboarding of new patients.
  • Schedule intake appointments and initial assessments, ensuring optimal schedule management.
  • Establish and foster relationships with pediatric groups to create a referral pipeline.
  • Manage client data, including adding demographic and payor details, and maintaining activity logs.
  • Relay insurance and benefit information to clients, and handle sensitive information following HIPAA regulations.
  • Collect and update client information, such as diagnosis reports and insurance cards.

  • Salary range: $45,000 $55,000 per year.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (preferred, but not required).
  • High school diploma or GED; additional qualifications in healthcare or related fields are a plus.
  • 12 years of experience in a medical office or similar setting, with familiarity with HIPAA regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills, time management, and a high attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and experience using CRM software like Central Reach.
