We work with our clients to design a look catered to their unique needs and wants, as well as enhance the overall function and impact of a space.

From concept to completion, we are design innovators offering project management, full project coordination and quality assurance. We focus on the project specifics, making the design process fun and stress free.

Whether the budget is modest or lavish, we approach each project the same; with honesty, integrity, and strong personal work ethics, as well as following the code of ethics set forth by ASID (American Society of Interior Designers).


Responsibilities:


  • Able to conduct client meetings and contractor site meetings
  • Establish and maintain relationships with Urbane Design staff, clients, general contractors, subcontractors, etc.
  • Conducts initial consultations on own and can discern if potential client will be a fitting project for us to take on; works to recruit new potential clients
  • Develop optimal design solutions for each project that meets the client's needs and represents Urbane Design's standard quality of design
  • Responsible for creating, planning and coordinating a variety of interior design projects, from small to large
  • Record construction documents and specifications effectively and in accordance with established design standards, as well as those set forth by official governing agencies
  • Prepare preliminary construction and FF&E estimates, bid requests and proposals
  • Interior conceptualization and design for various single family residential projects
  • Plan layouts in AutoCAD, hand sketching and renderings
  • Manage all aspects associated with projects including client files and specifications, proposals, exhibits, design agreements, project budget, purchasing and profitability
  • Responsible for concept boardsand design specification research
  • Prepare for project photoshoots, stage as needed, direct photographer and maintain Urbane Design photo library and portfolio
  • Promote Urbane Design's reputation through good client relations
  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned
