Job Summary:

Seeking a Data Migration Subject Matter Expert to support migration of data from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA, focusing on the strategic elements of data management.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data strategy, including data cleansing, archiving, and governance in SAP systems.

Responsibilities:
Support the development

of a comprehensive data migration strategy that includes data cleansing,

archiving, and validation to ensure data quality and compliance.

Support the development

of a comprehensive data cleansing strategy to identify, correct, or remove

corrupt, incorrect, or redundant data from the database.

Support the development

of a comprehensive data archiving strategy to enhance system performance

and compliance with legal and regulatory data retention requirements.

Work closely with IT and

business stakeholders to define and ensure adherence to data governance

standards throughout the migration process.

Perform detailed data

analysis and mapping to ensure accuracy and integrity of data both pre-

and post-migration.

Troubleshoot data

migration issues and provide solutions to ensure a seamless transition.

Maintain comprehensive

documentation of data processes and migration protocols to guide future

migrations and audits.

Conduct training

sessions for stakeholders on new data management practices and

technologies introduced with S/4HANA.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field.

Proven track record in

managing data migration projects with a strong focus on data strategy,

cleansing, and archiving.

Expertise in SAP ECC and

S/4HANA environments, with in-depth knowledge of SAP data management

tools.

Strong analytical skills

with the ability to oversee large-scale data projects.

Excellent leadership and

communication skills, capable of managing teams and interacting with

senior management and cross-functional departments.

Preferred Skills:
Certifications related

to data management, SAP S/4HANA, or project management.

Prior experience with

SAP Data Services, SAP Information Steward, or other relevant data quality

and migration tools.

Knowledge of legal

regulations and industry standards regarding data privacy and management.

Travel:
Approximately 25% travel may be required.
