- Work with sales leadership to develop, execute, optimize and assess enablement program
- Determine sales enablement priorities with sales stakeholders
- Gather data to make informed enablement strategies and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the strategy, as well as communicate enablement strategy and KPIs to stakeholders
- Build a trusted relationship with sales reps
- Serve as a liaison between sales, marketing and product teams
- Provide effective onboarding and training programs for sales reps
- Coordinate educational content for ongoing training
- Manage and enable the internal and outsourced BDR team
- 5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in sales, enablement, or learning and development
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training
- Experience with HubSpot
- Experience with content management and learning management systems
- Able to build internal relationships with sales and marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills: ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Experience in Enablement with B2B SaaS, specifically proven ability to understand software solutions and to articulate that knowledge as value statements
