Responsibilities:

Implementation and maintenance of electronic personnel files
Collaboration in the digitalization and automation of HR and IT processes
Participation in the development and implementation of digital solutions for personnel recruitment, support, and development
Support in the implementation of a new personnel management software

Qualifications:

Enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant degree program (e.g. business administration, business informatics, computer science, human resource management, etc.)
Enthusiasm for HR and digital technologies
Creativity and initiative
