Become a part of the AWO family now To strengthen our team at the Ursula-Kaltenstein Academy, we are currently looking for a Deputy Head of School (m/f/d) in full-time or part-time.


Responsibilities:

  • Theoretical and practical teaching in generalist nursing education and (elderly) nursing assistant education
  • Responsibility for practical placement planning and cooperative collaboration with practical training providers
  • Supervision of practical training for our apprentices and cooperative collaboration with the central practical training team
  • Project support for the (further) development of the theoretical and practical curriculum in generalist nursing education
  • Participation in external working groups

Qualifications:

  • Successfully completed nursing education
  • Successfully completed degree in nursing education or equivalent qualification
  • Interest in curriculum work in theory and practice
  • Enjoyment of planning and organization
  • Experience with project work
