Senior Program Manager with a strong background in Telecommunications

My client, an international technology consultancy, is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a long-term hybrid freelance position located in Dusseldorf, Germany.

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

> A strong background in BSS solution architecture within a 5G/OpenRAN network environment.

> Ability to discuss and define BSS technical specifications and manage high-level customer interactions.

> Experience in defining product and solution roadmaps and working across RAN, Transport, QA, Deployment, and Core Network streams to optimize OpenRAN solutions.

> Candidates should have a background in BSS architectural design, understanding of BOM finalization, capacity management, design documentation, and defect and call flow management.

> Must be eligible to work as a freelancer in Germany and be available to work in Dusseldorf as needed by the project team and customer.
